Welcome to WilC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WilC's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using WilC, you agree to these Terms. If you're using WilC on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WilC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Description of Service
Platform Overview
WilC provides an AI-powered service management platform designed for service providers in industries including CCTV, AC, plumbing, electrical, IT networking, solar, and fire safety. Our platform includes features for AMC contract management, service request handling, technician scheduling, and invoicing.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Subscription & Payments
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial ends, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their accounts.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WilC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to transmit harmful content, violate others' rights, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the platform, including customer information, service records, and billing details.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of WilC; (b) use automated systems to access the service without permission; (c) share your account with unauthorized users; (d) use the service for any illegal activities; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (f) interfere with other users' access to the service.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
WilC is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilC's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, and your data may be deleted after a retention period.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WilC shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
